Learn to Love it.

I’ve been asked over and over again how do I get my abs that way. I tell people it’s because I Love going to the gym. I love training, I love lifting heavy weights and I Love cardio. You have to love almost everything about exercising to reach your fitness goals. Those who constantly complain about the dieting and the workouts never reach their potential. Negative energy usually create negative results. You have to get to the point where it feels wierd if you aren’t in the gym or exercising. I find everything I need in the gym atmosphere. I have a lot of friends and some fans there. I have a great support system there, and most importantly I an incredible sence of calm when I’m in the gym.  Learn to love exercising and you’ll reach your goals faster than you could ever imagine.
